2. Giving consent

This consent is given freely by the data subject (or an organisation's representative) via a separate tick in the site UI, separately from other documents or confirmations.

3. Purposes

• receiving applications and website contact messages; registering and using the client account;
• communication and performance of logistics services;
• operating the site/account and complying with Russian law.

4. Data

Name; email; phone; organisation details; application and website contact message data and attachments; technical data as described in the personal data processing policy.

5. Operations

Collection, storage, use, transfer to contractors needed to perform the application/contract, blocking and deletion — with and without automation.

6. Term and withdrawal

Consent lasts until purposes are achieved, withdrawn, or retention periods end. Withdraw via manager@flgs.ru. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or other legal bases (e.g. contract).
