This policy describes which cookies and similar technologies are used on the Fineco Logistics LLC website (the Operator), for what purposes, and how visitors can manage their choices. It is prepared with regard to Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data.

3. What are cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in the visitor's browser by the site or an embedded service. They help remember settings, enable parts of the site to work, and (for third-party services) may contain unique identifiers.

4. Cookies we use

4.1. Technical (essential)

Stored in browser localStorage to remember the selected site theme (light or dark). Without them the site still works, but the theme preference will not persist between visits.

4.2. Client account session (Auth.js)

After you sign in to the client account or admin area, the browser stores a session cookie required for authentication. Protected sections do not work without it. The cookie is set only after a successful sign-in.

Name: authjs.session-token or __Secure-authjs.session-token (on HTTPS)
Purpose: keep the authenticated session
Duration: per Auth.js session rules (until sign-out or expiry)

4.3. Interface language

To remember the selected site language, a locale cookie may be stored:

4.4. Yandex Maps third-party cookies

The contacts page may show an interactive widget from yandex.ru/map-widget. If you click «Accept», the Yandex Maps widget loads (including Yandex UI and notices); the service may set its own cookies and process technical visitor data (including IP address and browser identifiers) under Yandex rules.

If you chose «Essential only», the widget is not loaded — a link to open the map on Yandex is shown instead.

4.5. Recording your choice

Your decision to accept or decline optional cookies is stored locally:

5. Legal basis

Essential cookies (theme, account session, locale, consent choice) are required for the site and protected areas. The Yandex Maps widget loads only after your consent by clicking «Accept» in the cookie banner.

6. How to change or withdraw consent

You can change your choice at any time: click the button below to show the banner again. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.

7. Third-party data sharing

When using the Yandex Maps widget, data is processed by Yandex LLC under the Yandex Privacy Policy. The Operator does not share other visitors' personal data with third parties via the site.
